We meet clients inside the home and stay as involved as each trip requires.

When a Ride Alone Isn’t Enough

Some appointments require more than transportation. CharmMed provides companion support for clients who need someone with them before, during, or after an appointment.

Companion Support

Our CNA professionals can accompany clients into appointments, assist with check-in, remain available during the visit, and help them return home safely. We can also communicate updates with family or caregivers as requested.

Companion support may be helpful for:

  • Outpatient procedures requiring a responsible adult

  • High-anxiety appointments

  • Clients experiencing memory changes or living with dementia

  • When a caregiver is unable to attend
