  • We recommend booking at least 24-48 hours in advance for regular appointments. For recurring services like dialysis, we can set up a standing schedule. Same-day booking is available for urgent needs, subject to availability.

  • You can schedule a ride by calling us at 410-205-6264, using our online quote form, or emailing us at info@charm-med.com.

  • Yes! We offer standing appointments for regular medical visits such as dialysis, physical therapy, or weekly doctor visits. This ensures your preferred time slot is reserved and provides consistency in your transporting team.

  • We'll need your pickup and destination addresses, appointment date and time, any special mobility requirements (wheelchair, walker, etc.), and your preferred payment method. Please also let us know if you need appointment companionship or client advocacy services.

  • Yes, you can modify or cancel your booking at any time. Modifications are subject to availability, so we recommend making changes as early as possible to ensure we can accommodate your request. If you cancel more than 2 hours before your scheduled pickup, a $50 administrative fee will apply, and the remaining balance will be refunded. Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled pickup will be charged the full one-way fare, with any remaining balance credited for future use. To make changes to your reservation, please contact us directly by phone.

  • Yes, we offer wait time service where our driver stays with the vehicle during your appointment and provides immediate return transportation. This is especially helpful for diagnostic procedures or shorter appointments.

  • We offer flexible payment options to make the process as easy as possible. We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as payments through trusted electronic platforms.

  • Final pricing depends on distance, vehicle type, wait time, and any additional services required. Please call us to receive your upfront pricing with no hidden fees.

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation. The balance of your service is due and will be charged to the card on file at the completion of your journey.

  • Additional fees may apply for pickup wait time, late cancellations, or special equipment needs. We always discuss any additional charges upfront before your trip.

  • Yes, we offer packaged service plans for clients with recurring or ongoing transportation needs. Contact us to discuss custom pricing for ongoing transportation needs.

  • Our dispatch team is available to assist with scheduling and transportation needs. Regular service hours are Monday through Friday from 5:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. After-hours transportation can be arranged with advance notice and may be subject to additional fees. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs.
